John Wayne Larkin
Founder & Principal Construction Manager
John Wayne Larkin is a Native American-owned construction management and real estate professional with more than 30 years of combined experience in construction, development, project oversight, and real estate services throughout Northern Colorado. As a licensed general contractor with Class A, B, and C qualifications and an active real estate professional with eXp Realty, John specializes in commercial projects, tenant improvements, residential development, and strategic project coordination. His leadership is grounded in hands-on oversight, responsive communication, and long-term client relationships built on integrity and trust.
Debra Larkin
Operations & Strategic Development
Debra Larkin brings more than 25 years of experience in high-tech marketing, strategic operations, and business development to JWL Associates. As Co-Founder, she leads brand positioning, client communications, operational strategy, and long-term growth initiatives across construction management, real estate services, and development projects. Debra also serves as Executive Director of , reflecting her passion for leadership, community impact, and relationship-driven service.
