John Wayne Larkin
John Larkin currently holds the positions of Managing Broker, Investor, and General Contractor. His journey in the real estate industry began in 2014 when he obtained his real estate license, followed by acquiring a managing broker's license in 2017. John's career is characterized by a diverse range of experiences and a track record of success, including approximately 40 accomplished real estate transactions. John was proud to announce that he recently moved his real estate license over to Kingdom 320's eXp Realty team
John's unwavering passion and commitment revolve around the realm of real estate, where he has truly excelled as a managing real estate broker. His educational background includes a degree in architectural design, further enhancing his prowess in planning and home building.
While his professional odyssey has led him to accumulate various licenses and certifications spanning diverse trades such as power limited technician (electrical license), design, building inspection, fire inspection, and mechanical design/engineering, John's true devotion remains firmly rooted in the world of real estate and serving his community.
Prior to his current roles, John was the proud owner and operator of a thriving residential and small business security system company for two decades. Throughout this period, he remained deeply committed to community service, actively contributing as a volunteer fire lieutenant and a critical care emergency medical technician.
Presently, John holds the esteemed position of President at the helm of the Skyline Kiwanis group. Within this role, his dedication is steadfastly directed toward community involvement and leadership initiatives within the real estate sector.
