John Wayne Larkin

I am a licensed general contractor and real estate professional. I have my degree in architectural design and have worn many hats related to planning and home building. I have been certified and licensed in many trades, including A power limited technician (an electrical license), general contractor B and C level, design, building inspection, fire inspection, and mechanical design/engineering. 

I previously owned a highly successful residential and small business security system company for 20 years, while working as a volunteer fire lieutenant and critical care emergency medical technician.

So what this all means, is there is one common thread to being successful and helping our clients:

  1. Prepare and plan very well

  2. Follow through and follow up

  3. Never let a deadline approach without making sure it will be met, and if not, deal with it quickly and efficiently so that you can stay on track.

  4. Treat the client like a family member, and be respectful of those you work with

  5. Encourage creativity

  6. Build a working relationship, and no question is a silly question

I am a husband, father, and man of faith who is eager to deliver the best possible service to our clients. My background consists of commercial and residential construction project management, warehouse management, sales, marketing, and customer service. I am passionate about serving the customer first. I believe strongly in effective communication and demonstrate effective issue resolution. I am a detail–oriented person who works to exemplify professionalism throughout every aspect of my life.


I thrive on managing multiple projects at any given moment and have always look to deliver creative and effective solutions.  I am passionate about building, renovating, and helping customers get the most out their investment.

I am a motivated professional who is known for being concise, thorough, efficient, and persistent. As a University of Colorado Sociology major, I have a passion for working within diverse and multi-cultural environments. I have strong problem-solving skills and work to always find a positive resolution in a challenging environment that benefits stakeholders, clients, and the team. I strive to maintain schedule compliance and pride myself on exceeding goals by leveraging my experience in project management, contract proposals, reporting, and client relations.
